Job description
Administration Coordinator - NSW Government - Contract- Immediate start - Initial contract through to 30th June 2024
- $45ph + super
- Sydney Olympic Park location/Hybrid (3 days per week required on site)
- Administration experience essential
- Full time, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Document management
- Coordinating meetings including booking meeting rooms and taking minutes
- Responding to enquiries over the phone and email from both internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing correspondence
- Maintaining records and databases
- Other general administrative duties to support the overall team
- Previous administration experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy, highly organised
- Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Content Management experience would be highly beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-driven, adaptable, resilient and be able to use initiative to make sound decisions
- Government experience is beneficial but not essential
