Job description
Delivery Lead
- Lead a delivery squad comprising Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to ensure exceptional delivery outcomes
- Mentor and enhance the technical and delivery skills of team members
- Conduct code reviews and uphold high engineering standards
- Assist in planning the work roadmap with the Delivery Manager
- Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 3 years in software development leadership roles
- Experience as a Delivery Lead, Agile Team/Squad Lead, or Engineering Manager
- Preferred expertise in Customer, Billing, or CRM domains
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs of work
- Strong understanding of software development practices, methodologies, and tools
