Job description

- Up to $1150 per day
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to align with client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve support requests related to the Complaints Management function.
- Lead workshops, product demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and work with the technical team on customisations.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and optimal system use.
- Demonstrable experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online
- In-depth knowledge of CRM processes, workflows, and Power Platform capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps and custom connectors.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Good understanding of CRM processes and data models.
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs and Azure services.
- Ability to write technical documentation and contribute to solution design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
