Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking to build your career in the accounting industry? We’re partnering with a growing and dynamic accounting firm based in Sydney CBD to find a proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team.

About the Role:
This is an opportunity for someone with ASIC and ATO administration experience who’s eager to grow within a supportive and social office culture. You’ll be an integral part of a professional yet youthful team, assisting with corporate compliance, documentation, client onboarding, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all ASIC-related tasks, including company incorporations, share structure changes, director updates, and lodgement of annual statements
  • Handle ATO correspondence, including TFN and ABN applications, BAS lodgements, and ensuring accurate documentation is maintained
  • Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining corporate registers
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks such as formatting reports, preparing engagement letters, and collating client deliverables
  • Liaising with clients and government bodies in a professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance deadlines are met
About You:
  • Previous experience working with ASIC and ATO processes is essential
  • Prior administration experience within an accounting or professional services firm
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You're a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment but are also capable of working independently
