Recruitment Consultant - Government- $70,000 - 90,000 + Super
- 20 days Annual Leave + 5 Charterhouse Days
- Sydney CBD - hybrid model

About Us
Charterhouse is seeking a Recruitment or Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in the govenrment team in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven and enjoys working in a high volume, fast paced environment while having fun at the same time.
About the Role
- Source candidates and speak to them about roles
- Manage and grow accounts with NSW govenrment clients.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, both new and existing relationships including regular contact and follow up opportunities.
- Establish, grow, and maintain professional working relationships with clients and candidates.
- Provide excellent service to contractors and candidates.
- Conduct interviews, coach and mentor candidates through the process.
- Ideally have recruitment experience or sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and be willing to contribute ideas to your peers and business leaders.
- Ambitious and motivate to succeed
- Have a service first mind-set and want to be part of a success story
- 20 days annual leave + 5 Charterhouse Days + birthday day off
