Role summary
This is a key leadership role supporting the Store Manager in launching and operating the new premium boutique in Canberra. You’ll guide a team of stylists, set high standards for service and presentation, and help bring the brand vision to life. Perfect for someone passionate about retail leadership, team development, and customer connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the shop floor, driving exceptional service and sales performance.
- Coach and mentor your team, creating a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Support with stock management, visual merchandising, and floor presentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and reporting.
- Help implement new brand procedures, promotions, and customer experience strategies.
- Prior experience in a retail leadership role (Assistant Store Manager or high-performing Supervisor level)
- Passion for styling, beauty, or lifestyle retail with a service-first approach
- Ability to lead and develop a team with strong emotional intelligence
- High attention to detail in store presentation and operational efficiency
- Positive, hands-on attitude with flexibility and initiative
