About the company:

Our client, a leading supplier in the automotive space is looking to recruit a Branch Manager to join their growing team.

The Branch Manager will assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
  • Deliver on KPIs, manage schedules, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Provide commercial leadership, manage and develop the team, and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to upper management, addressing any complex customer issues.
You will have the following:

  • Tertiary education in Electronic Engineering (highly desirable).
  • Several years in a similar role with a proven track record in customer service and team management.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Dynamic leadership style with the ability to energize and unify teams.
  • Background in Electronics, Mechanical, or Auto Electric fields is advantageous.
