Due to continued success, we’re seeking an experienced Business Advisory Supervisor / Manager to join this high-performing team. You’ll take ownership of a dedicated client portfolio, supervise and mentor a team, and play a key role in driving client outcomes and internal excellence.
The Role:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of valued clients across a range of industries.
- Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate team members, supporting their technical and professional development.
- Conduct WIP reviews and manage workflow to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Build strong client relationships and provide high-quality business advisory and compliance services.
- Completed CA qualification.
- 7 to 13 years of experience in Business Advisory/Business Services within a professional services environment.
- Proven experience supervising teams and managing client engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to client service.
