Successful, established Chartered practice located on the Northern Beaches are currently seeking to expand operations resulting in a search for the best in the market to join their team. Based in their head office is just one of the ways they are working to get the balance right - more time for family, play and all those other things which are important in our lives. This firm isn't just about technical client scenarios; it's about having astute professionals that can solve problems and find solutions to assist the clients with their needs. This firm provides effective tax advice, business services and value-add work to their clients.
Your duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Manage, mentor, train and develop a team of juniors as well as give conduct review
- Provide tax advice; interact with clients and liaise with ATO/ASIC/OSR regularly
- Maintain and build excellent client relationships, ensure a high level of service and work on multiple types of entities
- Be involved in firm and division decision making processes
- Contribute to ongoing firm-wide improvements and initiatives, including; business development, marketing, systems upgrades and implementations to name a few
- 2+ years experience in Chartered accounting firm
- CA/CPA Qualified/Studyign towards
- Experience managing a team of accountants & reviewing work
- Excellent communication skills & confident in a client facing position
- Strong technical and analytical abilities
