Job Title: Call Centre Operator- Location: Nowra, NSW
- Employment Type: 5 Month Contract
- Work Schedule: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $44.26 per hour + super
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Call Centre Operator. In this role, you will handle phone enquiries, provide first-level assistance and perform a variety of administrative support services.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone enquiries from the public, offering first-level assistance and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team or external agency.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including assessment, registration and drafting routine correspondence.
- Ensure all correspondence, briefings and materials are accurately recorded and processed in departmental systems.
- Managing competing work demands and priorities while maintaining quality support and meeting deadlines.
- Staying up to date on the portfolio area's initiatives, emerging issues, and key projects to provide effective support.
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all work is properly registered, distributed, and followed up in a timely manner.
