Client Service Manager

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join their financial planning division at their Maroubra location. This is an opportunity to work for a leading financial planning organisation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting our financial advisors in meeting client needs. You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. If you are wanting to get away from client facing roles but are an experienced financial advisor, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients’ objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and deadlines are met
  • Insurance and Super research 
  • Utilise Xplan or other industry related software
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing implementation of client advice and ensuring a smooth client experience. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is not essential but highly regarded
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role as Client Service Manager, preferably within the financial planning
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems (Xplan preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
