Charterhouse Legal is currently working in partnership with a law firm in Melbourne in the recruitment of an experience commercial litigation solicitor. The role will be based in the CBD and suit a solicitor, associate or senior associate. - Be responsible for fulfilling on the firms steady intake of insurance law (motor vehicle work)
- Admitted in Victoria or another state in Australia
- Ability to focus litigation on a particular area (eg motor)
- Court experience
- The ability to communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders
