Job description

  • Campaign & strategy development | Partner with the CEO 
  • Based in South East suburbs | Office based role
  • Health based organisation, work on collateral 
Reporting into the General Manager Brand & Communications, this role will support a wide variety of teams across the organisation with various campaigns & projects but will focus predominantly on branding, internal communications and marketing campaigns. This is a true business partnering role will work with stakeholders to develop content and make the internal communications strategy come to life. The Communications & Marketing Advisor will ensure messaging is clear and will advise internal teams of best practice regarding plans and strategies. 

The role:

  • Manage end to end promotional campaigns
  • Supporting with rollout of internal branding and advising stakeholders of the guidelines
  • Assist with development of internal & external communications & marketing strategies
  • Develop content on various projects across the organisation
  • Identify opportunities to optimise marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with extrernal stakeholders and agencies from time to time
  • Play a key advisory role across various projects internally  
About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area such as communications or marketing
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in communications both writing and developing strategy
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with various departments
  • Experience working within multinational organisation is advantageous 
  • Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
