Job description

  • Temp role until June 2025 - various digital projects with the team
  • Education provider - inner city location - inclusive team of 4
  • Varied role - website redevelopment, digital platforms uplift

Our client within the education sector are seeking a digital professional to report to the Digital Manager. The role will work with stakeholders on digital requests covering website updates or project updates as well as liaising with external agencies and providers. The Digital team is a small dynamic team that ensures the successful delivery of a range of digital projects and initiatives designed to promote excellence in education. You will have extensive experience managing digital assets across a variety of projects and deadlines. 


 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee website updates and maintenance, working with stakeholders to ensure it runs seamlessly
  • Working with external agencies and internal developers to advise on software requirements for particular projects
  • Ensuring compliance and security is a focus throughout the projects lifecycles
  • Engaging and advising stakeholders on best practice 
  • Testing and validating functionality of forms when required
 
Key requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Digital, Software or IT relevant experience 
  • Knowledge of best practice regarding User experience, software development and operations around programming languages
  • Demonstrated understanding of Google Analytics and Jira
  • Previous experience developing and publishing content across a range of platforms with focus on UX/UI
  • Experience in gathering and analysis and communicating this with stakeholders
  • Previous Not for Profit or education experience would be beneficial
