Leading university in CBD working supporting Head of People & Culture dealing with stakeholders at various levels, high level previous experience essential.

About the company

This is a large university located inner Melbourne's CBD who are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join their warm and welcoming team.   This leading university empowers their employees with the skills and knowledge the need to excel in their roles.  Acting as the right hand to the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for providing high level of support in a busy fast-paced environment, working on high level of email management.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Stakeholder engagement 
  • Travel arrangements
  • Attending meetings, meeting preparation such as agendas and minutes
  • Agenda preparation
  • Organising meetings and conferences
  • Proof reading documents
  • Support for committee meetings
  • Formatting large documents
  • Prepare and format correspondence
About you 
  • Previous EA experience in the educational sector advantages
  • Experience supporting at Director level or a Head of People & Culture
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator  
  • Strong relationship management skills 
  • Must have minute taking experience 
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders to meet deadlines 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Always maintain professionalism 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
