About the role You will be responsible for delivering a variety of facilities support duties within their facilities team.  

Key duties
  • Managing and coordinating reports and maintenance
  • Liaising with both internal and external customers
  • Follow up, manage, monitor and communicate regarding works in progress
  • Processing financial administration task including data input, raising purchase orders via TechOne etc.
  • Booking of venue management
  • Supporting the Facilities Management department in the logistic movements
About you
  • Previous Facilities administration or coordination experience
  • experience using software applications used in a facilities management environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
