About the company:

Our client, a local government in the west are looking for an organisational development officer to join their team.

This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday. The position is due to start on the 14th April and is initially contracted until 30th May. You will be required to travel onsite and once you have been fully induced there will be the opportunity to work from home twice a week.

About the Role:

  • Support the implementation and administration of learning and development (L&D) programs
  • Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (Acorn experience highly desirable)
  • Assist with compliance training, engagement surveys, and competency frameworks
  • Be the first point of contact for L&D queries and maintain intranet resources
  • Coordinate OD projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
About You:

  • Previous experience as an L&D Officer or Organisational Development professional
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Acorn preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
