An experience Procurement Coordinator to take on a 4 month temporary contract, min 2 years procurement experience & SAP.

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing the procurement and inventory management of manufactured products. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with experience in Procurement ideally within the Food Manufacturing, supply chain management, and procurement excellence.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tracking issues to report
  • Manage shelf life of ingredients and request extension if required
  • Order entry, resolving workflow issues
  • Coordinating the procurement process for all manufactured related materials, including ingredients, packaging, and other supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate regular reports
  • Liaising with  various teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any supply-related issues.
  Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience (2 + years) in procurement or supply chain management within the food manufacturing industry, ideally.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes & inventory management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & SA
