About the Role
• Partner with non-finance teams across various departments to support financial decision making
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports including financial analysis & commentary
• Conduct financial modelling, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting to support key initiatives
• Provide financial insights to support senior leadership in achieving long term objectives
Skills & Experience
• CPA/CA qualification required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business partnering
• Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value add insights
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial data to leadership
