Location: Chatswood Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)
The business
- A progressive and modern Wealth & Accounting practice
- 5 partner firm with 34 staff in total. The wealth team has 24 staff onshore & 12 offshore
- Culture - autonomous environment, 3 days work from home plus flexible working arrangement, casual attire, friendly, professional, hands-off approach, with supportive mentors.
- 37.5 hours a week, 8:30am-5pm office hours but flexibility around start and finish times.

About the role
The firm are looking for a dedicated and client-focused Servicing Associate to support a growing team of financial advisers. If you’re an experienced Adviser assistant with strong organisational skills and a passion for wealth management, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a young environment that values growth, flexibility, and professional development.

- Pre-meeting preparation: Liaising with clients prior to meetings, updating information and relevant strategies, completing investment advice documents, and working with the lead adviser to prepare for new and existing business.
- Meetings: File noting lead adviser/client discussions and presenting proposals or advice.
- Meeting implementation: Managing tasks efficiently following meetings, making portfolio changes on platforms, and updating relevant systems.
- Customer service: Building trusted relationships with clients, managing workflows and tasks for day-to-day queries, and responding within 24 hours to all client inquiries.
- Projects: Participating in action teams that influence the strategic direction of the business.
- Working alongside an extensive back-office support team to handle administrative tasks, allowing this role to focus on client-facing responsibilities and maximising value-adding work.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Client engagement experience in prior roles.
- Strong system skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
