The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Assistant to support our clients expanding Wealth Management Division. Duties:
- Maintain and update client databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Input and manage client data efficiently to ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Prepare and format client correspondence using templates, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Pre-populate forms on behalf of clients, ensuring all necessary information is accurately included.
- Photocopy, scan, print, and bind documents as required, ensuring all materials are well-organized.
- Communicate with external parties via phone and email on behalf of clients, assisting with inquiries such as term deposit instructions and account balances.
- Check and record client cash balances regularly to keep track of financial status.
- Handle internal and external document deliveries efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with the reconciliation of credit card statements, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Help process fund transfers and pay invoices on behalf of clients using bulk transactions
- Provide general administrative support to Client Service Officers (CSOs) and the wider team as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
