The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Assistant to support our clients expanding Wealth Management Division. Duties:
  • Maintain and update client databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Input and manage client data efficiently to ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Prepare and format client correspondence using templates, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
  • Pre-populate forms on behalf of clients, ensuring all necessary information is accurately included.
  • Photocopy, scan, print, and bind documents as required, ensuring all materials are well-organized.
  • Communicate with external parties via phone and email on behalf of clients, assisting with inquiries such as term deposit instructions and account balances.
  • Check and record client cash balances regularly to keep track of financial status.
  • Handle internal and external document deliveries efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of credit card statements, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
  • Help process fund transfers and pay invoices on behalf of clients using bulk transactions
  • Provide general administrative support to Client Service Officers (CSOs) and the wider team as needed.
