The survey not only sought information about their salary packages, but in order to gain greater insight into what is driving candidates to make a career move, we also asked about their drivers and priorities for 2019. We asked them about the current perks and benefits they were being offered and the results showed that Australian Law firms are starting to move away from the traditional, realising the benefits of being more bespoke and innovative when rewarding and incentivising their teams.
