What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio, including mum & dad businesses, SMEs, and international clients, providing strategic advice and answering queries.
- Review Work: Focus on review-level tasks and ensuring high-quality deliverables across business services compliance and assisting with ad hoc advisory and client queries.
- Team Leadership: Delegate and review the work of the offshore team, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
- Direct Collaboration: Work closely with and report directly to the Partner, and other divisions, benefiting from mentorship and insight.
- 5+ years of experience in public practice accounting, with relevant qualifications (CA/CPA).
- Strong knowledge of business services compliance and advisory
- Proven experience liaising with clients and delivering exceptional service.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager software is a bonus.
