Senior Accountant - CBD Location- $90-112k package + regular bonuses

About the Role:
- As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients of mostly family groups, and SMEs. Some of their clientele are quite complex and there will also be exposure to internationals with over $1bn in revenue.
- You will be responsible for reviewing compliance, researching tax issues, assisting the partner with advisory work, and virtual CFO services while managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- You will mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance to support their professional development.
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in strategic business decisions, working closely with the Partner on the firm’s growth trajectory
- At least 3 years of accounting experience within public practice in Australia
- Strong knowledge of XERO and other accounting software.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset, looking to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic firm.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
