About the role
As their front desk corporate receptionist, you will be presenting the organisation with first impressions both face to face and over the phone, where no two days will be the same.  You will be providing superior customer service, combined with administration duties.


Key duties:


  • Managing incoming calls
  • Greeting high end clients
  • High level administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with events and functions
  • Organising catering 
  • Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings 
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments 
  • General administration duties
 

Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a busy receptionist role in a corporate environment
  • High attention to detail 
  • Competency with IT systems 
  • Presentation skills must be of the highest standard
