An immediate start, experienced receptionist to take on board a 5 month contract, leading organisation, Adelaide CBD


About the company 
 
Leading energy organisation in the heart of Adelaide CBD requires an immediate start temporary receptionist to be the first point of contact with greeting, customers, visitors and contractors.

Are you a professional, friendly and proactive Receptionist who also possesses strong admin abilities? Then this could be the role for you! 

Responsibilities  
 
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  
  • Managing inbound calls and address queries over the phone 
  • Greet clients and customers at reception 
  • High level administrative support to the team 
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments  
  • Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings 
  • Issuing security passes 
Requirements/Skills 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, friendly
  • Experience working in a busy receptionist role 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Competency with IT systems 
  • Must be well presented
