Exciting opportunity to join an industry leading property and infrastructure organisation in the heart of Sydney CBD. We are looking for a proactive and energetic Customer Service Coordinator to enhance our client’s customer service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a variety of administrative tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be key to your success.


About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our organisation.
  • Use your outstanding communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and managing documentation to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to changing demands.
  • Represent the organisation with a high level of professionalism, maintaining a positive and proactive approach in all interactions.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to support overall business objectives and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
About you:
  • Demonstrated experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding and experience in customer service principles, with a proven ability to handle diverse client needs
  • Ability to make informed and effective decisions.
  • Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.
  • Skilled in identifying issues and developing solutions.
  • Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively and supportively within a team environment.
