Our client is a leading property and infrastructure organisation known for their focus on sustainability, innovation, and creating urban spaces that improve quality of life. They operate in a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate development, as well as infrastructure projects.
They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team for a 6-month assignment, with the potential to extend beyond that. You’ll be welcomed into a team that offers in-depth training and continuous support, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed in the role.
About the Role:
- Provide excellent client service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Support team operations with administrative tasks like scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Maintain a positive, professional approach in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to support business objectives.
- Experience in inbound and outbound contact centres is essential.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to meet diverse client needs.
- Able to make informed, effective decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled at identifying issues and developing solutions.
