Customer Service Representative- Location: Eden, NSW
- Start Date: 9 December 2024
- End Date: 21 November 2025
- Pay Rate: $36.11 per hour + Super
- Position requirement: Part Time role – first 8-10 weeks training period are FT hours (35 hrs)
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their Call Centre team in Eden. This is an on-site position requiring the successful candidate to deliver high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
- Handle administrative tasks and use multiple computer systems effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to government standards.
- Qualifications and Skills
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (e.g., call centre, retail or administrative roles).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including:
- Typing and navigation skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Teams).
- Excellent email etiquette.
- Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Previous government experience.
- Experience working in an office environment.
Police Check: Required.
