Family Lawyer - Townsville, QueenslandOur client is a mid sized, multi-discipline firm based in Townsville. Providing services across family, disputes, criminal, injury, wills and estates, commercial and dvo, this successful firm seeks to add an experienced family law practitioner to start in early 2025.

About you:
- You will be an experienced solicitor with specialisation in family law. Highly collaborative, you will enjoy working in a team while being capable of working independently. You will possess the necessary skills to carry out responsibilities including
- The ability to successfully manage a wide range of family matters including:
- Divorce matters;
- Parenting matters;
- Financial and property matters;
- Family violence matters.
- Leading dispute resolution and hard litigation
- Negotiating outcomes for clients
- Appearing in court for Mentions, Hearings, Conferences and Trials
