About the Role
• Collaborate in budget creation, forecasting, and financial modelling to align business goals with financial targets
• Support strategic planning, focusing on potential growth opportunities, cost control and risk management
• Work with senior leaders to influence and shape business strategy from a financial perspective
• Prepare and deliver regular financial performance reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Communicate complex financial data in a clear, business-focused way for non-financial stakeholders
Skills & Experience
• CPA/CA qualification required
• Confident individual happy to challenge the status quo
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Analyst role with a focus on business partnering
• Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
