Job description
Manager - Advisory & Strategy- 12 month fixed term contract (review to turn permanent)
- Flexible remote working across Sydney
- Business partnering and M&A
Key Responsibilities Business Partnering:
- Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Act as finance lead for M&A due diligence, integration, and pipeline forecasting.
- Ensure accuracy of M&A dashboard and acquisition financials.
- Support new Group POC and Capex initiatives.
- Bridge Go-to-Market (GTM) and divisional financial performance, identifying risks/opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Cost to Serve/Grow models.
- Manage financial risks and opportunities.
Planning & Analysis:
- Consolidate financial data for Group reporting (M&A, GTM, Capex).
- Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting for GTM and M&A.
- Analyze pipeline and sales metrics to enhance performance.
- Play a key role in strategic planning for M&A and GTM.
Reporting & Communication:
- Deliver high-quality reporting, insights, and scenario analysis.
- Utilize visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for financial storytelling.
- Present analysis in clear, actionable formats.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance financial understanding.
- Support M&A integration and post-acquisition reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Business; CPA or CA (completed or in progress).
- 5+ years in finance (corporate or professional services).
- Expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and business case writing.
- Experience with Power BI and project management frameworks preferred.
