Inventory Accountant
- Opportunity for you to take ownership of the technical finance function within the organisation

- $100,000 - $120,000 + super FTE I 6 month contract I Mascot

Role summary
This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity and you will have a focus on financial and management reporting mainly around inventories of the business working alongside senior leadership team and the Group Financial Manager.
About the role
- Contribute to the financial accounting and/or management reports mainly around inventories
- Timely preparation of monthly financial reports including P&L, Reconciliation & Balance Sheets
- Generate financial inventory reports including product profitability and implements processes in order to maximise efficiency around inventories and reduce COGs.
- Month-end reporting
- Intercompany reconciliation and invoicing
- Ensuring financial results are in-line with approved accounting standards
Skills & Experience
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with either FMCG or retail experience
- Oracle knowledge
- High level written and verbal communication
