About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, reporting, and inventory management. Your expertise will support month-end processes, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
· Perform detailed forecasting and reporting to track financial performance against targets.
· Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
· Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
· Manage AP and AR functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
· Analyze cost structures and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost savings initiatives.
 
About You:
· Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
· Strong skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
· Proficiency in inventory management and month-end processes.
· Advanced knowledge of AP and AR processes.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
