About the company:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a reputable school in Broadmeadows, Melbourne. This role is pivotal in supporting the HR department with a variety of tasks including contract writing, managing the HR inbox, and assisting with recruitment processes.
This is a full-time ongoing role; you will be in the office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts ensuring compliance with school policies and employment laws.
- Oversee and manage the HR inbox, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with HR projects as required.
- Prior experience in an HR role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
