About the role
As an HR Coordinator, a newly created role you will play a key role in supporting HR processes, ensuring streamline operations in a busy environment.  Working alongside a dynamic and inspiring leader you will gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions while contributing to an engaged and high performing organisationg.

Key duties:
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Provide HR administrative support, including onboarding, contracts, and employee records management with their HRIS System/
  •  Support HR projects, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment regulations
  • HR Data management and reporting
Requirements/Skills 
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree qualified in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  •  Passionate about HR best practices and continuous improvement
