About the Role:
As an HR Coordinator with a focus on recruitment, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. In addition, you’ll assist with other HR functions such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Working alongside an inspiring leader, this role offers broad exposure to HR operations with a focus on talent acquisition, enabling you to develop and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and strategies
- Provide administrative support for contracts, employee record management, and HRIS system updates
- Assist with HR projects, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
- Manage HR data, analytics, and reporting
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment
- Degree qualified in HR, Business, or a related field
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from job advertising to onboarding
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for recruitment and HR best practices, with a continuous improvement mindset
