My client is an established but growing business based on the outskirts of Sydney CBD. They are looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for Accounts Payable & Payroll as well as assisting with AR, reporting & additional duties.

Strong Excel skills are required (Pivot Tables / vLookUps), ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills are essential (written & verbal).
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to develop their accounting skills; is passionate and is a driven individual.

Duties include;

• Accounts Payable - end to end
• Payroll processing - end to end
• Bank & credit card reconciliations
• Month-end journals
• Assisting with preparation of audit
• Assisting with AR processes

Location: Sydney CBD outskirts - close to public transport
Working arrangements: full time office based
REM: up to $65,000 plus super

Requirements:

• Up to 12 months experience working in an accounting role
• Excel skills - Pivot Tables, vLookUps
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Driven, investigative attitude & willingness to learn
• Payroll experience - beneficial
