About the Role:

Join a dynamic Professional Development team within a well-respected educational organisation based in the northern suburbs. As the Learning & Development Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the organisation’s capabilities by identifying knowledge gaps, coordinating training initiatives, and providing essential support to professional development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for professional development inquiries, offering guidance and support to staff.
  • Oversee the administrative functions of the Learning & Development department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and coordinate the Training Curriculum Project, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative learning materials and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage project plans, mitigate risks, and track progress.
About You:

We’re seeking an organised and proactive individual with a strong administrative background and a passion for professional development. Your ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment or a relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and administration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suites.
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
