A large scale wholesale organisation that specialises in a variety of different areas around Australia, with a high number of centres across the country while maintaining a family run feel.
Role summary
Reporting to the Payroll manager, this position will be supporting the Payroll team whilst covering team members annual leave, this will be based fully onsite 5 days a week (flexible start and finish time).
About the role
- Full function payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis | end to end processing
- inclusive of super, tax, terminations etc
- Assist with payroll & finance queries
- Managing payroll in-boxes
- Preparation of month end reports
- Updating and maintaining payroll records
- Maintaining timesheets work-flow systems and processing timesheets
Skills & experience
- Must have large payroll system experience such as SAP, MicOpay, iChris etc
- 4-5+ years payroll experience necessary
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Passionate about everything payroll
REM: $90,000 - $110,000 plus super (experience dependant).Working arranegments: full time office based | flexibe start and finish times.
