 About the company:

Our client an education body, based in the northern suburbs are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Professional Development team. You will be reporting directly into the Professional Development Manager and working alongside a Specialist.

You will be supporting with wider organisation with professional development plans, resources, and training to upskill. Generally scoping out the knowledge gaps across the organisation.  

The role is full-time and is based on site.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • 1st point of contact to the wider organisation for any professional development enquiries
  • Generally, support the administrative function of the department
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of Training Curriculum Project
  • Ensure industry best practice and professional learning into all training design strategies and initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external project plans, actions & project risk administration activities
  • Participate in the development of learning material
 

About you:

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment or tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including report writing and presenting
  • Project management experience
  • Strong administrative and customer service background
  • A positive and proactive approach to work
  • Proficient in MS Office suites 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and think critically and strategically.
