As the Receptionist you will be an integral part of the team and will be the first point of contact for our highly valued clients, both face to face and over the phone. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all office operations.
Role duties include but not limited to:
- Greeting clients and answering incoming phone calls
- Preparing meeting rooms and arranging catering for internal events/seminars
- Monitoring client enquiry inboxes and managing workflows
- Managing meeting room bookings and resolving booking conflicts
- Ordering office supplies and restocking kitchen
