Our client, a leading Financial Services Business are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their Sydney CBD Office. Our client has been providing business and financial advice for 30 years.  

As the Receptionist you will be an integral part of the team and will be the first point of contact for our highly valued clients, both face to face and over the phone. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all office operations. 


Role duties include but not limited to: 
  • Greeting clients and answering incoming phone calls 
  • Preparing meeting rooms and arranging catering for internal events/seminars 
  • Monitoring client enquiry inboxes and managing workflows 
  • Managing meeting room bookings and resolving booking conflicts 
  • Ordering office supplies and restocking kitchen
We are looking for an individual that can manage in a fast paced environment. You will be assisting multiple stakeholders at any one time, so your ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining high attention to detail is crucial. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in reception / administration and be able to work Monday- Friday, regular business hours.
