Senior Accountant – CFO Advisory- Move from Business Services or Audit into a high-profile advisory role

About the Role
Due to the continued growth of the CFO Advisory team, we are looking for professionals from a Business Services or Audit background to transition into this Advisory function.
Due to the nature of the work the job is constantly changing. One day you could be working on helping a client establish a new finance function and the following week you could be helping another client streamline their reporting process and gearing them up for a potential merger.
Full training will be provided, so you don’t need to know the role itself, but you must have a strong desire to learn and want to understand what makes organizations tick.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on transformation projects which can include process improvement, ERP system selection and improvement, and finance team structure reviews
- Preparation and development of financial and management reporting
- Establishing a new finance and corporate function
- Pre-merger readiness and post-merger integration
- Working on-site as part of a client’s finance function
About You
- Currently be working for a Big 4, mid-tier, or leading boutique accounting firm
- CA or CPA Qualified or part-qualified
- Knowledge of finance functions, including systems and processes
- Want to make a difference and add value
- Have an inquisitive mindset and want to work collaboratively with other teams.
