About the Organisation:

Our client, a renowned educational institution, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to join their dynamic People and Culture team. This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll report directly to the HR Manager. The organisation is committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

As a Talent and Recruitment Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting the school's talent acquisition and recruitment processes across various departments. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with the institution's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Coordinate high-volume recruitment transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update Recruitment and Onboarding Dashboards with accurate data.
  • Craft and distribute engaging job advertisements.
  • Develop tailored interview questions and utilize recruitment systems effectively.
  • Generate and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks and setup.
  • Contribute to regular data analysis and reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in Workforce Planning Meetings and support strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience in internal recruitment.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in HR and candidate database systems.
  • Experience in educational or community-focused environments is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to HR best practices.
