Job description
- Part time - 3 days per week
- Experienced AP Officer
- 3 months temp contract
My client is a leading provider in their industry covering a global remit.
We are seeking an experience Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a 3 month assignment, part time (3 days per week).
Role duties;
- Processing and reviewing a high volume of invoices and expense claims
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving any discrepancies
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding payment queries
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
Location: Macquarie Park - close to metro or parking available
Assignment: 3 months
Pay: $40 per hour plus super
