Job description
Responsibilities:- Deliver Change Strategy for Council’s OneCouncil ERP system deployments.
- Design and implement a Change Management Plan to operationalise the Project’s Change Strategy
- Lead the Change Management team.
- Uplift Change Management capability and maturity, as well as leveraging Council’s existing change agent networks and processes.
- Adapt the strategic change approach through the various stages of the program.
- Work closely with program stakeholders, both business based, and delivery focused, such as the PMO, to maximise uptake of the solution.
- Plan and oversee training preparation and delivery.
- Manage successful delivery of project communication activities.
- Ensure that stakeholder analysis is undertaken and managed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to work collaboratively and foster buy-in
Experience:
- Experience delivering a Change Management capability within a digital transformation program.
- Understanding of change delivery in a project delivery focussed context.
- Understanding of Local government processes, services, and goals.
- Ability to lead and inspire a Change Team and change network.
- Demonstrated track record of implementation of change strategies, plans, and materials that successfully deliver project and organisational objectives.
- Superior stakeholder management skills with experience in managing a complex range of stakeholders in a political environment.
- Prior experience ensuring training needs are delivered and support successful change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to achieve cut through with key audiences.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Business, Leadership, Psychology etc) and Change Management qualifications or equivalent experience
