What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting technical analysis, defining business logic, and overseeing data mapping and governance.
- Documenting functional requirements and associated business processes.
- Analyzing business systems and ongoing support needs.
- Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies.
- Planning and supporting project delivery and management.
- Developing, managing, and monitoring project plans and business cases.
- Proactively identifying risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Establishing user acceptance testing scripts and acceptance criteria.
- Conducting user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
- Managing defects and enhancements raised during testing.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in client and stakeholder management.
- Strong facilitation and workshop skills.
- 5+ years of experience in solution development and implementation.
- Extensive experience in developing functional requirements documents.
- Functional expertise in supply chain, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.
- Familiarity with current Master Data practices and Data Governance.
- Proficiency in data integration, data transformation concepts, and mapping data requirements across different applications.
- Strong verbal and numerical communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, whether through implementation, change management, or administration.
- Knowledge of project lifecycle management.
