Job description
SAP Business Process Manager- Contract: 18-Month FTC
- Salary: $130K - $140K + Super
- Leave: 20 Days Holiday + 10 Personal Leave Days
- Location: Sydney or Central Coast
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, offering a competitive salary of $130K-$140K + Super and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business process design, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and organisational objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Process Analysts and SMEs.
- Work closely with technical teams and SI partners to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and design reviews, ensuring key business requirements are captured.
- Ensure adherence to governance and methodologies, challenging deviations from SAP best practices.
- Support all project phases, from design and build to testing, deployment, and hyper-care.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to process design and implementation.
- 3+ years’ experience in business process management within SAP or ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP functionality and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Expertise in facilitating workshops and documenting business processes.
- Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or migrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Preferred: Industry experience in publishing, rights management, or financial reporting.
