Job description

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document digital requirements
- Produce clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Analyse processes and systems to identify digital innovation opportunities
- Develop high-level implementation plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with external agencies, including technology vendors and government bodies to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to align objectives, resolve issues, and validate requirements.
Experience Required
- 5 + years experience in similar role with a digital focus
- NSW government experience
- Health sector experience preferred
- Strong documentation and business case experience
- Strong stakeholder experience
