We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst (Master Data SD MM) to join a high-impact SAP S/4HANA program. This is your chance to be at the heart of an exciting Greenfield SAP rollout, ensuring a smooth SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration across ANZ.
Role DetailsThis role plays a key part in ensuring master data processes for customers, vendors, and materials align with SAP S/4HANA capabilities. You will engage with business functions, IT teams, and system integrators to define and implement data governance frameworks, ensure data integrity, and support business process alignment across regions.
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for:
- Acting as the SME for master data (Customer, Vendor & Material) within SAP SD/MM
- Working closely with stakeholders, IT, and system integrators to align business requirements with SAP best practices
- Leading discussions on data governance, quality, and integrity throughout the SAP transformation
- Facilitating workshops to capture business needs and drive process alignment
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and playing a key role in data migration efforts
- Ensuring master data structures support business objectives and operational efficiency
- SAP S/4HANA expertise with a strong focus on SD and MM modules
- Experience working with customer, vendor, and material master data in SAP environments
- Strong stakeholder management—able to translate business needs into structured SAP processes
- Knowledge of data governance principles and experience ensuring data integrity
- Experience with UAT, training, and ERP implementation projects
- Publishing industry experience is a plus but not essential
